Currently, AccessoryHut.com is only accepting purchases from the US, UK, and Canada when a purchase is made through the shopping cart via the PayPal system. We are sorry for this inconvenience, however PayPal only provides a Seller Protection Policy to our company for purchases from these countries.

Tax rate of 8.25% applies to all items shipped to a Texas address.

GIFT ORDERS

If you are purchasing a gift item, please email us your phone number, the recipient's name and address along with your message and any special instructions. Gift items will be shipped within 14 business days. If you need gift wrap, please specify the gender of the recipient as well as the type of occasion and we will gladly wrap the gift for an additional $5.

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your purchase. Return items must accompany a Merchandise Return Number (MRN). Email us for your MRN. You must email us with a tracking number with proof of insurance and date of shipment within the fourteen (14) day period. A refund will be mailed to you within 30 days of receipt of the item's undamaged return minus the cost for shipping and insurance. Please professionally package the item to prevent breakage as the carrier reserves the right to deny coverage if the item is not packaged properly. Refunds cannot be honored if item is returned broken and shipped uninsured by sender. If item is received broken, sender is responsible for initiating and submitting their insurance claim. AccessoryHut.com and/or Artist will cooperate with Buyer to expedite an insurance claim, upon request, by making available to carrier the damaged item for their inspection.
